I enjoyed it very much and thought it was a system that would work for me very well because I’m a list and paper person. I wrote here about my monthly schedule, and that is still working extremely well for me.
Daily to do lists do not work well for me, a single work at home homeschooling mom of 4. (Wow, I’m tired just typing that.) Trying to force myself to do certain tasks in my business each day will only set me up for disappointment, so I set weekly goals that flow according to a certain monthly schedule.
But this GTD system could work very well inside of mine. I recently watch this Getting Things Done Video and now I am even more motivated to buy the book. Ok, just ordered it on Amazon so I don’t have to write that on a to do list. Since it takes less than two minutes.
And also so I won’t be a hypocrite recommending something to you that I haven’t consumed myself. I don’t do that.
I liked the video a lot and it’s definitely worth listening to while you do something easy on your computer. I like David Allen after watching it.
