From now on until the end of the 30 post challenge, I’m just going to number my posts since I’m doing more than one a day sometimes. And it’s easier than me trying to do some kind of Day 8: Post 2b code that would confuse even me. LOL!

I have a little tip for you that might save you some time and headache. How many times have you gone to publish a post to your blog, spending all that time crafting a beautiful, informative post that will have your readers eating out of your hand and then had your Internet connection suddenly constipate on you, or a child sitting on your lap decided to hit the WiFi button (that then cost you 2 hours on the phone trouble shooting with Tech support, only to find that the problem could be solved in less than one second by pressing that.little.button.on.the.keyboard. Don’t ask how I know!) or some other glitch like Blogger being “down” (which seems to happen more than them being “up” lately… grr)?

Well here’s the tip. Before you hit Publish, right click on the screen with your mouse and hit Select All, then right click again and hit Copy. Whala.

Your last post profundity is now saved to your clipboard and you can often (unless the thing happens that I mentioned earlier happens to you in which case it won’t matter, but I don’t think my daughter will be visiting your house anytime soon so don’t worry about it!) just do a quick Paste and get your post right back. Make a habit of doing this every time and you’ll save yourself time and frustration.

Whew! You can mail the check to:

Just kidding.

P.S> Of course, another idea is to craft your post first in a text file on your computer. This is a great idea especially if your post could grow into a bona fide article that you could then submit to article directories.
