Thanks so much Michelle. I do believe in helping people! Especially when I have a relationship with someone already, I have no problem offering some assistance.

Although people may come to expect seeing their question and my answer also posted on the blog. ;) Anonymously of course.

Just a comment to those who might read this and may think this post a little mean(although I suspect that most people reading Carrie's blog are not that way)
In spite of the necessity of setting boundaries and the need to protect one's time, Carrie still goes out of her way to answer questions you may have after purchasing her products if they are valid. She has been extremely patient with techie challenged people like myself and already offers many freebies that much bigger companies would never dream of offering. Time is money, however, and a single mom of 4 has very little extra of either to squander!
(Thank you, Carrie!)

Well, being a brand spanking newbie, I can't say that I've run into this problem yet.. (but following your guidance, I hope to in about a year! LOL ) However, I can't imagine that with all the information you give here, that someone would still have questions. I have found a great many answers through your blog, and use it as an awesome resource! I think informing someone that you offer the services you do is great, they honestly may not know. (like me not knowing about your consulting, which I SO plan to take advantage of!). I think it's OK to not reply too, as it sends a clear message, that you are busy, this is a real business, and they should re-evaluate the request they made.

I hit the delete button a lot. I don't have the time to respond to all these emails. I am constantly drowning in emails. Many people don't respect our time. I have found that they usually forget they sent you the email anyway, because it seems they sent out a mass mailing and are hoping for the best.
