Article Challenge Updates

How are you doing with your 30 Day 30 Articles Challenge?

I’m on article 24. A teensy bit behind, but I’ll catch up this weekend when my kids are with their dad.

It’s exciting to see my articles getting published all around the internet! My goal was to increase traffic to 3 content sites in particular. I’m seeing lots of new newsletter signups to one of these sites in particular.

One of the things I’m doing with my articles is submitting them to iSnare for distribution. iSnare is a directory like many others, but what makes them unique is that they submit your article to thousands of other directories and email lists for publishers. For about $1-$2 an article you can use this service, which is far cheaper than hiring a Virtual Assistant to do it for you!

Check out iSnare here. It’s been taking about a week for each article to go out, but well work the little wait. iSnare has a referral program that allows you to earn extra points for recommending their service, so if you like them, tell your friends.

@andreayager said she has outsourced 65 articles this month. 40 received & already placed on blog for 1x day

@latarahamying hopes to have ten more this week. She says she may not reach 30 but is trying.

@alyssaavant is slacking. She has a newborn and is a ghostwriter. I guess she has a little excuse eh? ;)

How are you doing?

Don’t get discouraged if you can’t hit 30 because you’ll still have more articles than you started out with, no?

I’ve outsourced 9 articles and have written 11. Have 10 more to go, which I’ll finish by the 30th.

I created a 30/30 subfolder in my Articles folder at the start of this challenge. I’ve now got approx 20 articles in it.

Some of these articles still need a little tweaking, and in some I’ve ‘cheated’ a little and just re-vamped a few PLR articles.

I may not get to 30 articles by the end of the month, but I’ll not be far off it! (It’s a holiday weekend here in the West of Scotland this weekend, so I plan to just chill with my hubby!)

I haven’t got round to submitting any of my articles as yet, but I intend to do so ASAP.

It’s been a great exercise and I’m finding it so much easier to keep up with the demand for new content on my various sites, and in my newsletters.

I’m going to try and keep going with another 30/30 for October! What about you?…

I have 15 written but not all approved yet. My articles have been delayed at iSnare since the 10th of the month. I guess you aren’t experiencing any delays?

This message is posted at iSnare:
Delays in approval. We are very sorry for the delays in approvals we are trying to sort out problems including support tickets getting lost. We are trying to prioritize the problem in reviews as not to make it worst than it is already. We are hoping for your kind consideration.

  4. Okay, I am just the total slacker – I got distracted with helping my husband with his website, and haven’t done any writing this month! OUCH!

But thanks for the tip on iSnare and the extra little encouragement to get started again!
