You Don’t Have To Blog Alone

Thursday, June 29th, 2006

Have you ever seen a joint venture or community blog? A community blog has more than one author, and there are several advantages to these kinds of blogs.
Some examples would be:

BecauseMomSaidSo and
NaturallyWahms and even
MlmVampires

Last week, I along with two of my blogging friends, talked with Kelly McCausey about the benefits and how to’s of community blogging.

The audio and transcripts for all Kelly’s Hot Summer Seminar Series are available for purchase and I’m offering for my loyal blog readers the transcripts of this teleseminar for free here: http://www.CarrieLauth.com/SummerSeriesJVBlogs.pdf

Why Did Kristie Send Me a Card?

Wednesday, June 28th, 2006

It is special when you get something in the mail from an Internet friend.

Today I got a nice thank you card from Kristie T of “I Love My Life“. Kristie wrote an awesome book helping Moms who want to work from home, and she recently started a campaign to give away 10,000 copies for free. Kristie asked me to mention her promotion to my blog readers and subscribers, and of course I was willing to do it! Why?

Because Kristie is a fellow Mom Mastermind, and we’re always looking for ways to promote each other. If I had met Kristie on a work at home Mom forum, it’s highly unlikely that we would have been able to establish a relationship. But since we’re part of this close knit group of serious work at home Moms, we have gotten to know each other more intimately, and we all jump at the chance to help each other out.

Mom Masterminds has been crucial to so many women. Without it, I would not have created my first information product nor would I have started my internet radio show and podcast. MM has given me not only the confidence but also the know-how!

If you’re ready to take things to the next level in your business, check out Mom Masterminds. You can even dip a toe in the water with the free 7 day trial.

See you there :)

Article, Interrupted

Oops. Looks like the last bit of my article in the WC got cut off. If you haven’t yet subscribed, what are you waiting for? Click HERE.

And here’s the rest of the story…

or black combat boots with a lace skirt. I’m afraid it means something altogether different now. And the magazines for teenaged girls back then were mostly innocent. Nowadays they’re all about how to grow up way too fast.

But some things never change. Fun projects and chores done together, shopping sprees (#4 and #9) and being sensitive to our kid’s emotions (#1-3) are ways of staying connected in a world that is designed to bring families apart.

Carrie Lauth is a mom of 4 who tries to remember what it was like to be a kid. Learn how to be a better Mom along with her at http://www.NaturalMomsTalkRadio.com.

I can’t believe she went and did that!

Kelly McCausey just decided to offer her print magazine for work at home Moms, the WC, FREE! If you haven’t subscribed, you have absolutely NO excuse not to now. :)
I love each and every issue and the minute I get mine, I plop down on the couch with a Starbucks and read.

Mom, Do You Love Life?

Friday, June 9th, 2006

Well, do you?

A lot of Moms are struggling between two worlds. They want to stay home because they dearly love their kids, but it’s also difficult for them to get by financially without an income. Or maybe they just need the intellectual stimulation that a business can bring. Is that you?

My friend Kristie T has written a book called “I Love My Life- A Mom’s Guide to Working From Home”. I have read it and it is the most comprehensive work at home guide I’ve ever seen.

Kristie clearly knows her stuff and is now a personal friend.

She is doing a very special promotion to give 10,000 books away for free to 10,000 moms to help them start a home based business. She’s also offering a ton of extra bonuses.

One of them is an ebook put together by yours truly. You have to check it out here: http://www.kristiet.com/lovelife/10000books.htm

Why not get paid for it?

I came across a great article with tips on how to get paid for sharing your knowledge. If you’ve ever wondered how you can teach classes online, take a look.
